  Trying to have my parcel delivered. I left clear instructions for the driver to call me as my buzzer was broken and I need to let him in downstairs. I also left a note on my window at the main doors. I was given a slot 1pm til 5pm and I got a email saying they missed me. Restricted access. Firstly, the roads are perfectly clear. Trucks, vans cars can all gain access perfectly to the cul de sac of flat blocks. Secondly, if its to do with the buzzer I left clear instructions to contact me and the note in the window!!!!! Nobody had attempted to deliver my parcel, I'm sorry its lies. The depot is too far away from me and If it ends up being I have to collect it will be impossible to get to the depot!

  LOST my parcels! Two of them! They have absolutely no idea where they are and the items are not available elsewhere, so who knows when or where they'll surface. Items non-replaceable, never EVER trust this company with anything important!!
